Terms of Service

This agreement is entered into between Inetbizonline.com hereby known as WEBSITE and any unregistered or registered user hereby known as USER, of website. This agreement claims jurisdiction in the state of Florida, United States of America.

USER agrees to indemnify and hold harmless WEBSITE of any damages or potential damages utilizing the information contained in WEBSITE. USER agrees that any information they may contribute is free of any copyright or intellectual property and conforms to international law and the laws of Florida, United States of America.

USER agrees to refrain from contributing misleading, illegal, violent, pornographic, or malicious code information. USER agrees to remit to WEBSITE the sum of $1000 USD for any unsolicited commercial information not expressly authorized by WEBSITE. USER agrees that the United States government holds sole arbitration.

Website holds the right to suspend or terminate any USER without notice of any kind. All information contributed by suspended or terminated USER becomes the sole property of WEBSITE. Termination or suspension is determined by violation of paragraphs (b,c).

All electronic communications on WEBSITE submitted by USER are the property of USER. All other information created by WEBSITE retains full copyright protection under United States code and international treaties. Violation of copyright and IP should be directed to DMCA Form.
